Dennis and his team renovated our kitchen, top to bottom, including new custom cabinetry. Dennis helped me redesign the layout, to make it more functional. It is absolutely beautiful, we could not be more pleased. The new sink eventually had a crack, no fault of the renovation, and Dennis replaced it and spent hours ensuring it looked just perfect. Dennis and his team did an outstanding job building our Trex deck, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, Dennis was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through design options, materials, and layout to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Dennis genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work, which is hard to find these days. Dennis and his team completed a beautiful first level accessible primary bedroom and bathroom addition to accommodate a family member with a disability. Dennis and his team executed an amazing design and transformation of my garage into a heated living space, which included a 1/2 bath, kitchenette with a 2 burner cook top, slide out cabinet for the microwave, garage size refrigerator/freezer, in wall electric fireplace and a bar with a beverage frig!!! We recently worked with Hummingbird to renovate our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. Dennis and the construction team went to great lengths to ensure the rest of our house was well protected from construction wear and tear, and also that we could continue living in our home with as little disruption as possible during the renovation. These were our number one concerns going into the project and we were blown away by the care they took to accommodate us! Katie was so great to work with on the design side of things. She’s knowledgeable, talented, and such a kind person to top it off. Her design and the team’s execution exceeded what we ever thought we could do in our space. My recent experience with Hummingbird Home Renovation was nothing but stellar. They ensure the work is performed to a high standard and their craft people are of the highest quality.  Dennis follows the progress of the project and ensures that any concerns or questions are promptly answered/taken care of. Amazing design and build firm. They designed and built our dream kitchen for us and could not have done a better job. Hummingbird does the things that other contractors don't. They leave the job site VERY clean, they don't cut corners, and they dont stop until the job is done right.
