Our Client focused Process
Discovery
Schedule a 15–20 minute call to discuss your project. During this call we’ll gather information about your goals, review expectations, and determine if our services are the right fit. This first step ensures alignment, clarifies priorities, and helps establish a clear foundation for moving forward with the design process.
Consultation Visit
This consultation provides the chance to interview all parties, explore the space, and review challenges. We’ll listen carefully to understand your goals, answer questions, and share ideas from similar projects. By the end, priorities are clearer, obstacles are identified, and next steps in the process are mapped out.
Office Visit
This meeting allows us to review our process, introduce your architectural designer, and begin building a strong partnership. We’ll highlight past projects, share how challenges were solved, and show what’s possible. This step ensures alignment, builds confidence, and prepares us to move forward in the design journey.
Design
With a signed design agreement, our architectural designer begins the creative process. We’ll explore solutions, reimagine your space, and shape plans to match your goals. This stage refines ideas, incorporates feedback, and sets the direction for your project, ensuring a smooth transition into the construction phase.
Let's Build
Once the construction agreement is signed, we’ll prepare for the build. A pre-construction meeting with your Project Manager will align expectations, review milestones, and confirm your start date. We’ll introduce software, answer questions, and ensure you feel ready, organized, and confident before construction begins.
