With a design agreement in place, your architectural designer begins developing concepts that reimagine your space with both function and beauty in mind. We’ll complete detailed site measurements, create as-builts, and explore mood boards, materials, and layout options—often supported by 3D visuals for clarity. Through collaborative rounds and cost-conscious feedback loops, we refine ideas into a build-ready design that meets code, respects your budget, and feels distinctly “you.”

Upon signing the construction agreement, we help you prepare for a smooth start. You’ll meet your dedicated Project Manager to align on schedule, site protection, access, neighbor considerations, and daily communication. We’ll review our construction management software (your client portal) so you can track progress, approvals, and updates in real time. We’ll confirm the official start date, outline key milestones, answer immediate questions, and make sure you feel ready for Day One of construction.
